These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of ZakiWhats, operated by OverZaki. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. This is a plain-language summary; contact us for the full agreement.

The service

ZakiWhats provides a WhatsApp Business platform — a shared team inbox, AI assistants, broadcasts, calling, automation and analytics — built on Meta’s official WhatsApp Cloud API. Features and plans may change as we improve the product.

Acceptable use

• Use ZakiWhats only for lawful purposes and with proper opt-in from your contacts
• Comply with Meta’s and WhatsApp’s Business and Commerce policies
• Do not send spam, prohibited content or messages to people who have not opted in
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or misuse the service

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your users and keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.

Subscriptions & payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. WhatsApp per-conversation charges set by Meta are passed through. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Availability & liability

We work hard to keep ZakiWhats available and reliable but provide the service “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. We are not responsible for WhatsApp or Meta outages or policy changes outside our control.

Termination

You may stop using ZakiWhats at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or misuse of the service.
